Hi, I’m Amine

I’m a Senior ML Engineer at Orakl Oncology, where I lead agentic strategy and architecture and ship production-grade agentic pipelines. I also contribute to AI × Bio research projects, applying AI methods to biological questions. Previously, I was a Scientist in Data Science & AI at Moderna, working at the intersection of Machine Learning and Genomics, Computer Vision, and Protein Engineering.

I like writing about AI & ML for biology, from hands-on takeaways that move projects forward to concise deep dives that clarify the underlying ideas.
